Automatic Transfer Switch system – ATS
Technical description
The ATS system guarantees continuous power supply to important low-voltage devices in a single- and/or three-phase electrical system. Dedicated for residential construction, industry and powering rail traffic control (RTC) devices, fulfilling the requirements of Polish “Technical guidelines for construction of rail control systems” Ie-4 (WTB-E10). The use of advanced automation and power system metering allowing for full diagnostics and controlling device, generator and UPS operating parameters. Events and alarms of system components are monitored and logged in real-time, and can be viewed remotely, on the level of individual system components’ operating parameters. In case of exceeding operating parameters, or a fault, the system informs the user of the issue using audio-visual prompts on the control panel. The details of the incident are delivered to key users in digital form.

Technical description
For installations requiring uninterruptible DC power supply, we offer a buffer power supply with battery packs. Buffer power supplies perform the function of uninterruptible power supply for receivers while charging buffer battery packs with an adjustable charging current, which allows for choosing optimal batteries for your use case.

Technical description
Part of the ATS system is a UPS unit, which performs the function of powering devices requiring an uninterruptible AC power supply. Offered UPS units can operate in single- or three-phase systems, and are able to work as part of a redundancy system.

Power generators
Technical description
One of the basic components of the ATS system is a power generator, which provides power supply in case of mains power failure or outage. Offered power generators can be used in power plant interiors and exteriors in monoblock or containerized form. Power generators of any type are an integral part of the ATS system, which controls their operation and switches them on as part of the power supply system.

Electric railroad turnout heating switchgear
Technical description
The Electric Turnout Heating System is designed to remove snow and ice from moving parts of railway turnouts. It ensures correct settings in difficult weather conditions. The system is designed with a three-phase power system, using advanced automation ensuring reliable operation. Expandable with weather sensors, diagnostics and metering to reduce electricity consumption.
Lighting switchgear
Technical description
The Lighting Switchgear is designed for automatic and/or manual control of lighting circuits in buildings, streets and intersections of roads with railway lines. Lighting control is based on an astronomical and twilight controller.

Trackside insulation resistance test equipment
Technical description
The trackside insulation resistance test equipment is designed to test the condition of rail tracks insulation in fuel depots and within the filling stations. Prior to the start of fuel loading, the system performs a measurement of the insulation resistance in both rail tracks. Its purpose is to detect a break in the continuity of the rail track connection and to reduce the risk of a dangerous electrical charge forming in the track side of the filling station.
Key functionalities
- can block the opening of the entry gate or the possibility of giving a signal allowing the railway tank to enter the loading track,
- provides the signal enabling operation of the filling station,
- the insulation resistance value is displayed on the control panel, indicating its current measured value,
- the system monitors insulation parameters in real-time, detects a state of falling resistance, informing the user every time,
- in combination with the grounding control of the rail tank cars and the laying of protective path for the filling station, the system guarantees a safe fuel handling process.
